I view therapy as a highly active, engaged partnership backed by extensive training in the most effective therapeutic methods. My approach is direct, results-oriented, and intentionally tailored to your specific needs.
I bring both clinical experience and practical life experience into the room. Having been married for nearly 30 years and navigating the different seasons of raising four children, I understand the resilience required to manage daily demands and challenging life transitions.
My background in both psychology and business offers a helpful perspective on the intersection of high-pressure environments, high-functioning anxiety, and everyday stressors. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior from Brigham Young University, and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University.
